धर्म के बल से मनुष्य, देव, विद्याधर और धरणेन्द्र के सुख प्राप्त होते हैं, इस लोक, पर लोक में चन्द्रमा के समान यश तथा पूजा, सम्मान आदि प्रतिदिन प्राप्त होते हैं। पाप के द्वारा दुर्गति सम्बन्धी दुःख नरकगति तथा असहनीय निन्दा और अपयश प्राप्त होते हैं इसलिए हे भाई! जो इष्ट हो वही करो।

By the strength of dharma one attains the happiness of humans, gods, Vidyadharas and Dharanendra, and in this world and the next obtains daily fame like the moon, along with worship and honour. Through sin one obtains the sufferings of evil destinies, the hellish state, and unbearable censure and disgrace; therefore, O brother, do only what is beneficial.
